Project support for a selektive and forecast strategy
Support of the responsible employee in the project work and calculation. According to our experiences larger project with sewer networks of more than 1,000 km a support of at least two days (with 8h/day) per month over the internet or by telephone or e-mail is required and reasonable. During the last two yeras data exchange with our FTP server has proven of value.
This position is calculated in coordination with the costumer on a time basis per hour. 		125,00 EUR

Maintenance fee
Maintenance fees are claculated in EUR based on a percentage of the net list price per year. They can only be ordered for licensed program modules. The maintenance fees include the use of the internet support data base as well as the individual supprt by tlephone, e-mail, fax and mail.
